Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place your items back into their original ChloBo velvet pouch and gift box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Select your preferred courier through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed via email.
